Cashew nuts because they are low in carbohydrates, have no cholesterol but provide a really good fat source so they aid the cleansing process. I go to bed with the worst headache as haven't had a coffee all day and put it down to that. I find 3 day cleanses to be my favorite length, but a 1 day cleanse is great for beginners.
